Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of TrollToes (Polsia Inc.) and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households are not eligible to win.
• Void where prohibited by federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
• Void if the winner is unable to receive the prize for any reason, including tax obligations.

How to Enter

There are two ways to earn lottery entries:

1. Submitter Lottery (Automatic Entry)

Every valid toe submission to TrollToes earns the submitter one (1) lottery entry for the month in which the submission is made. Each additional toe submission earns an additional entry. Entries are awarded automatically — no separate entry step is required.

• One (1) entry per approved toe submission per month
• Submission must pass TrollToes content review (feet photos only; no cartoons, illustrations, or non-photographic images)
• Submissions that are rejected do not earn entries

2. Voter Lottery (Per Vote)

Every vote cast on a TrollToes toe submission earns the voter one (1) lottery entry for that month. Casting a vote is free and available to all registered voters.

• One (1) entry per vote cast, per month
• Voters may cast one vote per submission per 24-hour period (existing TrollToes rate limit)
• Votes must be cast on the TrollToes website at trolltoes.com

Prize

Prize is paid via Stripe to the winner's registered payment method. TrollToes reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash equivalent of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond TrollToes' control. Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted by the winner.

Drawing and Selection

• One (1) winner is selected per calendar month via a random drawing.
• Entry deadline: All entries must be earned on or before the last day of the month (e.g., entries for the May 2026 drawing must be earned by May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET).
• Drawing date: The random drawing is conducted on or around the first (1st) day of each month following the close of the entry period.
• Selection method: Winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received during the calendar month. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
• The drawing is conducted using a weighted random selection algorithm, where each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. Subscribers' entries are weighted at 3x (three entries for every one vote cast).

Winner Notification

• Winner is notified via the email address provided at the time of submission within seven (7) business days of the drawing.
• If the winner does not respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) days, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
• Winner is announced publicly on the TrollToes Hall of Gnar page at trolltoes.com/hall-of-gnar.
• Winner grants TrollToes permission to use their submitted photo and nickname in connection with the announcement of the winner, without additional compensation.

Privacy and Data

• Email addresses collected at submission are used only to notify winners and for TrollToes newsletter communications (with subscriber consent).
• Email addresses are never sold to third parties.
• Lottery entry data (vote counts, submission records) is stored by TrollToes and used solely for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of TrollToes, which are final and binding in all respects.
• TrollToes reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these rules or for any fraudulent, dishonest, or disruptive conduct.
• TrollToes is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
• This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All taxes, fees, and duties on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form or equivalent tax documentation.
• TrollToes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
